Position : Plant HR Manager

Reporting to : Head IR & HR

CTC : 15 - 20 LPA

Roles and Responsibilities :

- Union Management & negotiations

- Manage contract labour management, ensuring compliance with statutory regulations and company policies.

- Oversee factory HR operations, including time office management, industrial relations, and human resource management.

- Ensure timely completion of all statutory compliances related to plant labor laws.

- Develop and implement effective strategies for employee engagement, welfare initiatives, and performance appraisal systems.

- Collaborate with senior leadership to drive business growth through people-focused initiatives.
