MANPOWER PLANNING & BUDGETING:
- Preparation and Execution of the Business People Plan in close co-ordination with organizational objectives.
- Responsible for preparation of HR budget and ensuring control on expense.
RECRUITMENT & INDUCTION:
- End-to-end plant recruitment (sourcing, interviews, fitment, on-boarding and induction).
HR INTERVENTIONS:
- Assist in the introduction of Policies & Procedures
- Respond to inquiries regarding policies, procedures and programs.
- Facilitate with line managers and obtain their feedback on various policy related issues.
- Guide and provide interpretation on policies / guidelines to line managers for its effective implementation.
COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS:
- Conduct Salary Surveys and implement Annual Compensation Review exercise
- Development of Innovative Benefit Plans, Reward and Recognition Systems
- Compensation and benefits restructuring
- Administration of compensation and benefit programs.
PERFORMANCE MANAGEMENT:
- Organize & facilitate appraisers training & understanding of the process correctly.
- Ensure timely KRA/Goal setting for all the employees.
- Ensure timely Performance review and feedback.
- Ensure timely closure of Mid Year Review and Annual Appraisal process.
- Performance rating distribution normalization process and achieve normalization as per the guidelines.
- Facilitate Promotion cases as per Grade linked promotion guidelines with plant / functional heads.
- Provide training, support and guidance to the Appraisers
CAPABILTY BUILDING AND LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT:
- Training & Developmental need Identification and preparation of Training Plans & Calendar accordingly.
- Ensuring implementation of Training Plans and Measuring Training effectiveness (Feedback & Evaluation)
- Facilitate the Technical Training Manager in implementation of capability building programmes.
- Develop the training matrix for and facilitate in delivery of the same.
LEGAL & STATUTORY COMPLAINCES:
- Sending legal notices to absconding employees in association with legal dept.
- Tracking of faulty leaves and attendance issues of various YPs.
- Maintained Union free environment by addressing employee grievance on time.
- Successfully handled all grievances and supported the smooth functioning between employee and employer.
- Taking care of smooth functioning of all the internal/external PF transfers/withdrawal and gratuity etc.
Experience/ Qualification -
5- 8 yrs of Plant HR experience post MBA (2yrs full time)
Self Driven/ motivated candidate, well versed with Labour Laws and Plant HR challenges
CTC- Upto 12 lacs pa
