Plant HR & IR Manager in Ahmedabad for a leading MNC manufacturing organization

- Our clients are a leading MNC Manufacturing organization with their head office in Mumbai into high-volume continuous process products. They have ambitious growth plans and have pan-India, multilocational, profitable & growing manufacturing operations.

- Our clients are seeking an accomplished HR Manager based in Ahmedabad to take ownership of the HR function of the manufacturing plant in Ahmedabad. The plant has a total (on-roll and off-roll) employee strength of 250#. The manager will report to the plant head and the HR Head in Mumbai.

- Will be expected to set up HR systems and processes and drive initiatives to transform the plant into a Modern Business setup.

- Ideal candidates must demonstrate high initiative, ownership, and integrity and possess a strong entrepreneurial drive and vision.

Job Description:

1. Head HR, Personnel, and Administration of the plant have over 150 on-roll and 100 off-roll employees.

2. Introduce HR systems, processes, SOPs, and KPIs

3. Double the headcount in the next 2 years

4. Manage L&D, PMS, annual appraisals, and other HR functions

5. Ensure employee motivation and engagement, control attrition, compliances, and safety.

6. Manage employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary proceedings.

Candidate Profile:

1. Education: Graduate / MBAs (Full-time / Part-time).

2. Should have 5 - 10 years of relevant plant HR experience.

3. Excellent communication skills.
