Plant HR Head required for a leading Pharmaceutical Company in Goa.

Position reports to the Managing Director.

Design and develop Human Resources and Industrial Relations strategy for the organization

- Prefer candidates from Pharma Industry

Currently on a Salary of 25-30 lacs
