About our Client - Our client is a large Indian MNC with a presence in over 80 countries and with tremendous expansion plans. They are hiring a Plant HR Head- based our of their facility in Hyderabad.

Job Description - Reporting to the India HR Head and leading a team of 4 reportees, you will be responsible for:

- Leading HR Business Partnering and Industrial Relations for the organization

- Develop negotiation strategies necessary to achieve objectives during the collective bargaining process

- Effectively manage contract labour issues

- Proactively work to address employee relations issues through strategic management interaction.

- Proactively work to address employee relations issues through strategic management interaction.

- Driving overall HR Business Partnering for the unit and leading cultural transformation,employee communication and engagement

The Successful Candidate - You would hold 10+years of experience experience in HR, Organization Design & Restructuring, HR Strategy, Industrial Relations and Policies in an MNC environment. You would have demonstrated leadership and a proven track record of success. Excellent communication skills and senior stakeholder management skills are a must along with a high level of business acumen.You would be result oriented and have the ability to take on risks.
