Job Description
As the Head HR for the plant in Coimbatore, you will report to the plant head and your core responsibilities will include:
- Transform HR into a business partnering function for 600+ employees
- Manpower planning budgeting and monitoring utilization at all levels
- Lead the PMS and training & development functions for all employees
- Handle employee relations and industrial relations matters – of both the permanent and contractual staff
- Monitor implementation of HR policies and Systems and attend to management staff payroll matters
- Drive all personnel activities such as offer letters, appointment letters, confirmations, transfers, promotions/ upgradations, salary reviews etc
The Successful Applicant
- The successful applicant will carry 10-14 years of core HR experience with at least 4-5 years in a manufacturing environment. You must hold a full-time Masters in HR or PM IR from a renowned institution and have adequate exposure to organisation structures and mapping.
- A proven track record of leading the HR systems in a large population environment is a must while collaborative, empathetic and proactive personality is of high value. Leadership qualities and ability to understand business vision is critical. Excellent ability to converse in Tamil is mandatory for your application.
