Job Role:
The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all human resources activities within the manufacturing plant. This includes recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training and development, and HR policies and compliance with labor laws and regulations.
Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement the HR policies & procedures
- Work with business leaders and collaborate with stakeholders to develop and implement HR strategies
- Overseeing the end to end gamut of HR - right from recruitment to exit
- Handle performance management, compensation management, training & development, talent management and employee engagement
- Develop and maintain HR Metrics and reports
- Ensure HR compliance and pracrices with local laws and regulations
- Monitor and implement employee satisfcation and engagement measures
- Candidate Requirement:
- Master's degree in HR with 8-12 years of experience working in progressive manufacturing organizations
- Experience in handling HR in Greenfield projects
