About Our Client

Our client is an MNC setting up a new venture in Halol. This is a green field project with an employee base of 100 people.

Job Description

Reporting into the CEO your roles & responsibilities will include:

- Working with the leadership to set up the plant from scratch

- Participating with the leadership team in project planning and execution

- Manpower planning and budgeting to attract the right talent to fill key positions within a stipulated time frame

- Ensuring the successful launch of the plant by liaising with all external authorities to ensure legal & statutory compliance

- Creating the overall HR Strategy in line with the business plans and executing on all aspects of HR wrt Talent Acquisition, Performance Management, Organisation Design, Talent Management and Industrial Relations.

The Successful Applicant

- You come with 10-15 years of experience in a Plant HR role in a Manufacturing set up and have specifically had the experience of setting up a green field project.

- You hail from Gujarat and can speak the local language well and have the professional exposure to liaise with the concerned government officials for smooth set up of plant.

- You have managed IR in your past roles and can smoothly handle discussions with unions. Additional exposure to Administration, Health & Safety & security would be an advantage
