Job Accountability :
- Design and deploy People Agenda to ensure effective and smooth implementation of HR processes and policies across the designated area
- Align the HR Operating Plan for the area to changing business requirements to ensure effectiveness
- Anchor Workforce Planning and HR Budgeting for the designated area in collaboration with Leadership Team
- Lead, manage, mentor team, ensuring goals and objectives are implemented effectively
- Manage sourcing in collaboration with Talent Acquisition Team and work towards rotation of right talent across right job roles
- Ensure continuous manpower availability at all times to facilitate smooth functioning of business
- Oversee the implementation of necessary interventions to maintain and enhance the integrity of employee data
- Build and sustain effective Industrial Relations through strategic negotiations with unions and maintain harmonious terms with local government bodies, Labor Commissioner, and other relevant stakeholders
- Spearhead effective management of annual performance process
- Facilitate development of employees through training needs identification and delivery of learning interventions
- Enhance Employee Engagement levels through employee engagement surveys, need-based Action Planning, Leadership Connect sessions and enterprise-wide employee engagement events
- Partner with stakeholders for design and delivery of need-based interventions
- Oversee the delivery of Corporate Services across the designated area
- Maintain employee connect across all levels to disseminate information as well as to obtain relevant feedback
- Provide interpretation of employee policies to key stakeholders
- Develop team capability through need-based learning interventions and mentoring
- Keep abreast with latest technology and methodologies to understand best practices and update the HR processes accordingly
- Showcase RIL with relevant external stakeholders to build a strong employer brand
