Education Criteria: Candidates from Tier 1 & 2 colleges (Batches 2016-2018) or someone tenured in good firms

Requirements: Must have signed at least one LTS
Working Model: 6 days a week from the office
- Key role in overseeing and managing labor relations at the plant to ensure smooth plant operations year-round.
- Implement proactive Employee and Labor Relations (ELR) actions locally, focusing on fostering positive labor relations at the plant and maintaining good relationships with both internal and external unions.
- Provide local dispute resolution through robust employee relationships.
- Act as a labor relations liaison with local union organizations to address grievances, and lead local negotiations for relevant wage and contract terms.
- Support business/line managers in making informed business decisions while advocating for suitable employee interventions.
- Serve as a dependable advisor to employees at all levels.
- Connect, translate, and integrate HR tasks and priorities with business/line manager needs.
