Role - Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate the operations of human resources and personnel departments, and develop and implement policies, programs and procedures regarding human resource planning, recruitment, training and development, occupation classification and pay and benefit administration. Represent management and participate actively on various joint committees to maintain positive ongoing relations between management and employees
Responsibilities-
- Learning and development Managing complete training process
- Prepare all documentation related to hiring, transfers and terminations.
- Support to fulfil the manpower requirement, talent acquisition and full bench as per organization requirement
- Handling compensation and benefits
- Oversee, prepare and track all disciplinary actions and documentation.
- Prepare reports and recommend procedures to reduce absenteeism, etc.
- Implement succession planning initiatives.
- Implement all corporate HR initiatives at facility level
- Assist management to set up & implement HR policies and procedures, ensure all the daily procedures comply with up to date HR policies & procedures
- Be Responsible for employee relationship management, organize employee communication meeting and deal with employee disciplinary affairs and related litigation.
- Taking care of employee performance management
- Advise employees on the interpretation of personnel policies, compensation and benefit programs and employee agreements.
- Play a key role in organizing and coordinating employee communication sessions, offsite, recreation activities and company annual functions.
- Assists HRM in special projects and other assignments whenever required
Candidate-
- MBA/ Post Graduate in Human Resource / Personnel Management with Labor Law knowledge is required, preferred diploma in labour laws / LLB.
- 12 to 15 years working experience in Human Resources, familiar with all function in HR field .
- Must be from Mfg industry. Automotive components / machining / Casting & Assembly.
- EHS, labopur Laws and Liaisoning .
- Good communication & presentation skills.
- Compensation and benefits in order to align total compensation (including remuneration, benefits and pension) .
- Recruitment at all levels by analysing the requirements.
- Word, Excel, PowerPoint skilled
- Ensure compliance with all legislative requirements , The Global Operating System Plays for ISO 45001, ISO 14001, ISO 9001, IATF 16949 and company's Quality Basics system standards. Maintain department 5S requirements
