Job Description :
- Opportunity to work with senior-level business stakeholders and drive the HR agenda for white-collar employees in a manufacturing facility
- Leading end to end support (recruitment to separation) for all staff positions
- On-boarding & induction for all new joinees
- Leading Performance management process for all staff employees
- Compensation management for staff employees
- Leading the L&D and Employee Engagement initiatives for the Plant Site
- Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi, and Telugu is a must
- A total of 12-15 years of experience, including experience in a manufacturing set up is a must
- Prior experience in Plant HR Business partnering is a must
- Should have exposure to HRIS system (Success factor, SAP, PeopleSoft)
- Experience working with senior business stakeholders
