Staffing :
- Build Organizational Capability within the plant through right staffing (E06 & below) to build an high performing team and increase bench strength.
Talent Management :
- Engage with the operations team to identify and address their human capital needs, drive all initiatives and activities related to manpower planning, recruitment, training and development, performance management, compensation and benefits and other HR processes for all associates, drive retention of key talent and resolve all HR issues with the factory management team to ensure adequate HR support to the plant and develop a productive and motivated workforce.
Cost Control :
- Monitor welfare, administration & HR cost, plan & execute cost saving initiatives to ensure cost control while maintaining the requisite quality of service.
HR process support for casuals and labour :
- Coordinate with the Operations team and the union for estimating and fulfillment of manning requirements, control of absenteeism, manage the replacement and dependent hiring process, workmen training, appraisals of casuals wStaffing :
