- Plan, organize, staff & direct all activities of the facility to achieve Plant & Sector goals for safety, quality, growth, profitability, productivity, customer satisfaction & employee engagement.

- Lead production & plant operation to ensure the effective utilization of resources.

Desired Profile:

- Should have 18 - 20 yrs of experience, minimum of 5 years in a leadership role.

- Leads and Drives the OPEX culture in the plant.

- Proficiency in developing and implementing strategic plans.
