Job Description:

Plan, direct, organize, coordinate, and control all the functions of the unit. Plant Head will collaborate with executive leadership, oversee various departments, and focus on optimizing overall plant performance. The incumbent will play a crucial role in decision making, continuous improvement and foster a culture of safety and efficiency within the plant.

Deep technical knowledge and full understanding of plant operations:

1. Manpower planning and labor management:

- Setting and monitoring key performance indicators and operational metrics.

- Talent hiring, training, motivating, and evaluating overall performance of plant staff.

2. PPC, including productivity improvement capabilities:

- Responsible for ensuring that the plant meets its production goals, quality standards, safety regulations, and budget.

- Developing and implementing operational strategies and policies for the plant.

- Good technical, managerial, and interpersonal skills with relevant work experience in the industry.

- Minimum bachelor's degree or higher in engineering, business administration, as well as 10+ years of experience in plant operations, preferably in a leadership role.

- Knowledge of plant equipment, systems, technologies, production planning, inventory management, supply chain management; quality management, lean manufacturing, and continuous improvement methodologies, environmental, health, and safety regulations.

- Technology market best practices, Microsoft Office, ERP systems, and productivity accelerating software tools.

- Good communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, strong analytical problem solving and decision-making skills.
