- Responsible for plant profitability

- Responsible for all operational and project activities

- Crisis Management

- Ensure plant culture and employee motivation through various committees

- Review of KPI/KRA of all Dept.

- He needs to ensure to meets the company goals (reasonably good at communicating in English & Hindi),

- B.Tech - preferably a metallurgist with around 15 years plant experience for the Operations In-charge role.

- Production planning , Customer's interaction , Budgeting etc.

- Controlling operations expenses

- Responsible for P&L

- Monitoring and controlling MIS

- Identifying the scope of improvement in process ,

- Productivity improvement plan
