Plant Head/ Profit Centre Head - Manufacturing

- Should be a profit centre head of a large sized unit manufacturing industry with overall responsibility for profitability, operations, manufacturing, project management etc.

- Experience in managing revenue of a business unit.

Profit Center Head

- Strategic and business planning In growth, revenue, operational performance, and profitability.

- Full strategic, operational profit & loss and leadership responsibility for the business unit

- Identifies business opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating their position in the industry

- Identifies product improvements or new products by remaining current on industry trends, market activities, and competitors.

- P&L leader for the region and build capabilities to manage Operations, Sales, Business development, Administration and all other related functions.

- Play the Company custodian at Gurgaon and hold ultimate responsibility for the overall functioning of the Profit Centre

- Build performance management systems and productivity measure benchmarking

- Tracking productivity and daily monitoring

- Reporting business data and market intelligence on regular basis

- Competitive info and market feedback

- Manage senior relationships and be responsible as single point of contact for all escalations in the defined territory

- Team building and positive team culture

- Planning and executing sales collaterals with the marketing team

Qualification And Experience:

1. BE & MBA from Top Tier Institute with 18-22 years in Manufacturing experience as a Self starter

2. With a strong element of dynamism and the ability to move fast and get things done. He should have the stature and the maturity that commands the respect of his peers.

3. This role will involve Operations. It's a well-rounded role that gives the experience of managing a large business for a global organisation.

To be successful you should:-

4. Have a knack of commercial orientation with the ability to run a profit center independently.

5. Should have exposure in managing large teams and have prior experience in growing the scale of operations and enlarging the team size.-

6. Have an ownership mindset! And desire to run the Show Independently.

7. Have very good people management, communication and interpersonal skills with an ability to collaborate with and influence a matrix of internal and external customers at varied levels.
