Qualification: Diploma/ BE with 20 plus years of experience in cable industry (House wiring)

Role: Plan, organize and control the plant operations in most cost-effective manner with consistently high product quality and improvement of operating parameters to meet Business objectives.

Overall Plant Management such as:

- Manufacturing Operations

- Production Management

- Process Management

-  Quality Management

-  Performance management

-  Cost Optimization

- Research & Development

 - Team Management

 - Operations & Maintenance

 - Systems Implementation

- Safety at work place

Skill Proficiency : 

- High energy level required, Strong leadership skills, independent thinking, strong organizational and planning abilities and excellent analytical and problem solving skills are essential.

- Ability to define problem, collect data, establish facts and draw valid conclusion
