Our client is a leading facade solution company. Currently they are looking for a plant head in Maharashtra

Description :

Reporting to the Director and managing a team of 10-15 direct reports, you will be responsible for:

- Handling end to end activities of production-related to faade engineering

- Planning and executing assembly operations in aluminum Sheet cladding, Production of Louvers, Unitized glass panels / Windows / Doors etc.

- Capacity planning as per the Business plan aligned with company's goal, strategy, strength and limitations. Yearly, quarterly and monthly production planning and monitoring.

- Line planning & Monitoring of variances.

- Order processing Ensuring on time execution of orders with a proper end to end T&A process.

- Controlling of WIP and inputs to various BDMs.

- Reviewing and Reverting on weekly MIS and VCs.

- Coordinating with Project leads on weekly basis or need basis on the order execution.

- Preparing annual production budget as per billing targets and projecting plant constraints and limitations into consideration.

- Monitoring monthly production targets which are driven by annual production budget.

- Directing and coordinating activities like buying, selling, and distributing materials, equipment and supplies.

- Developing and implementing production management instructions, policies, and procedures.

Profile :

Ideally, you are a mechanical engineer with a total of 15+ years of work experience with 7-8 years of experience in plant/factory leadership in fa- ade engineering industry. You should have good knowledge of the fermentation process. You should possess good communication skills, interpersonal skills and leadership skills. You should have an excellent track record in your earlier professional stint and should be ready for the next challenging assignment.
