About the company:-

Our client was incorporated in 1992. They are currently into manufacturing steering yokes, steering joints, steering sub assemblies, Steering Columns Differential housings and gearbox housing both for domestic and international OEMs, Tier I and Tier II suppliers. At present, they are the largest manufacturer of yokes in India. They have 2 manufacturing locations: One in Sohna Industrial area, District Gurgaon (near Delhi) and another in IMT Manesar, Gurgaon.

Job Description:

- Setting up plant from green field stage viz. lay out planning, ensuring erection and installation of plant and machinery, availability of jigs, fixtures, tools, dies etc to commence commercial production as per plan.

- Framing manufacturing process excellence guidelines & critical parameters for quality assurance, communicating visual instruction for machine set up/tool setting/safety parameters/skill matrix etc, and designing productivity measurement check sheet to ensure maximum utilization of installed capacity.

- Coordinating with Engineering, Quality, Purchase, Planning, Stores, Maintenance deptt. for smooth functioning and daily work management of plant operations , administering commercial , legal and administrative activities of plant and ensuring statutory compliance of all formalities required as per labour laws.

- Consulting with Director - Operations and Co Directors for plant performance analysis

- Suggesting Directors to strategize scaling up and economizing of Plant operations and cost of production.

Specific Skills Required:

- Should have strong leadership and interpersonal skills, excellent communicator and planner.

- Should have good communication and coordination skills, risk taker and Operational problem solver.
