About Our Client :

Our client is a global leader in analytical and industrial equipments. With presence across multiple countries, they are have been on a high growth trajectory in India as well. Multiple plants both Owned & Contracts for one of their manufacturing plants - they are looking to hire a Head - manufacturing.

Job Description :

- Reporting in to the Managing Director, the candidate would be responsible for Managing end to end operations for the plant. Along with managing the P&L, he/she would be leading from the front for the right production strategy and also incorporate and manage the overall growth and improvement of the plant.

The Successful Applicant :

- Candidate should have Core Manufacturing experience: sourcing to final product

- Experience into multi product lines manufacturing is a must
- Management of Union is preferred

- Managed projects related to expansions/strategy
