Exp- 15-20 yrs, 10 years exp - Technical, 5 Years - Non technical

Location - Jigani (B- lore) / Panntnagar

Key Responsibility:

- Review established production schedules on daily basis.

- Monitor operation expenses and research ways to reduce costs while maintaining product quality.

- Maintain Inventory levels and control flow of product.

- Develop and execute the plant manufacturing budgets.

- Analyze workforce requirements.

- Conduct performance appraisals and provide guidance to all operations employees.

- Remove production constraints; allocate human and equipment resources and direct production employees to attain all established goals.

- Remove waste and constraints from the production process to improve efficiencies and enhance productivity.

- Coordinate the relationship with our union workforce force and negotiate union contracts as needed.

- Plant Efficiency control with highest attention on Plant capacity & manpower utilization with quality maintenance, timely execution of production targets, continual monitoring of quality of production by supporting quality assurance function.

- Spearheading Administration, production, planning, QA QC, Engineering, HR etc)

- Ensuring a cost effective production.

- Training of employees in the use of existing and new equipment or production techniques for continual productivity

- Provisioning the engineering support pertaining to existing and proposed product-lines/process requirements.

- Monitor and provide 100% accountability of both the material consumption in the manufacturing activities and WIP inventory, with variances due to efficiency and quality issues.
