Head Plant - HR & IR (Manufacturing Company) / Kolkata
We are currently looking for a Lead Plant HR for one of the largest Manufacturing Business Conglomerates in India, to be based at their plant location in Kolkata.

CTC - 18-27 LPA
Key Result Areas :
- The incumbent will be part of the HR department and thereby will be working with a team of HR professionals in the unit. He will also liaise with external stake holders, govt officials such as key labour department personnel etc.
- Along with his IR .responsibilities he will also play a key role in implementing HR related systems & processes such as Performance Management System, Development Planning System, Training & Development of the managers, and recruitment of resources for the unit.
- The person will report to the Head of the Factory.
- Support the Unit Human Resource Manager in executing people policies and processes.
- Responsible for ensuring full compliance with all labour legislations.
- Responsible for ensuring highly efficient and error - free execution and resolution of all employee related issues
- Liaison with external bodies and local administration.
- Establish systems and processes in the area of employee amenities and benefits administration, attendance recording, payroll management and contract labour management.
- Contribute to maintaining a union-free environment by anticipating issues and addressing employee grievances on a priority basis.
- Support the HRM in instituting appropriate recognition and grievance handling mechanisms
- Prepare HR Budgets relevant to his area of operation.
Education : MBA / Post Graduate Diploma In PMIR / HR/ MSW or LLB from reputable Institutes/ University with consistent academic performance
Experience : Min. 12 years of similar experience in a manufacturing facility, with at least 2 years relevant experience in handling Plant HR and IR.
