Plant Head - Human Resources/Industrial Relations - Laminate Manufacturer

I am currently looking for candidate to take up the position for Plant Head HR for World's Top 3 Laminate producers.

Team Management, Hiring for all plant, Employee & Industrial relations, Training & Development, Performance management, Employee Engagement & Development, Reward & recognition, Welfare, Plant Compliance.

- Strong union. Actively Participated in LTS (Long term settlement) & STS, industrial survey on wages, leave structure & welfare benefits for information and collection of COD (Charter of demands).

- Setting up Welfare services like: canteen, transport, Safety, Employee Referral Scheme.

- Ensure all compliance & formulation of policies. Develop Collective efforts among union & employee.

- Liasoning with legal and statutory authorities to solve/settle legal, HR & IR disputes. Ensure cordial Industrial, Administrative & Employee relations.

- Ensure 100% statutory, Legal & labour/employee compliances at plant etc.

Position Summary

- Jobs to be handled - HR head, all function of plant HR

- Reporting into - Unit head and in absence to BLS

- Designation - AGM or depends on experience

- Experience - 14-20 years in similar size of Industry

- Geographical preferences - Hindi spoken states except HP

- Language preferences - Hindi and English

- Industry preferences - Nothing specific

- Any other check points - Preference to be given to a candidate who can be based out of plant with family
