Job Description:
The incumbent shall be responsible for all aspects of HR & IR such as Strategy Planning, Manpower Planning, Talent Acquisition, Succession Planning, Talent Management, Employee Engagement, People & Leadership Development, Employee Relation (ER), Industrial Relation (IR), Unions, Long Terms & Wage Settlements, Administration, Security, Safety etc.
Compensation & Benefits / HRIS:
- To prepare annual Plant HR Budget in accordance with strategic business objectives of the company / Plant in particular (FTE / Labour Cost)
- To prepare monthly payroll and to roll out of salaries on time.
- To ensure online PMS processes (objective setting, Mid-Year Review, and final Review) are completed periodically and roll out of annual pay rise/promotions on time.
- To document & register the employee life cycle processes from induction to separation.
- To generate various employee data reports to enable the management to understand, strategize the policies according to the trend/market condition and ensure alignment with global objectives.
Industrial & Employee Relations:
- Maintain good working relationship with Union & effective engagement with its members.
- To ensure 100 % statutory compliances at a plant as per the acts in force and to maintain the records/file returns as per the acts.
- To represent the company on the Legal issues in close coordination with internal/external legal entities and to manage the entire process until closure.
Contract Labour Management:
- To ensure the Contractors meet the contractual obligations effectively and to achieve the desired objectives/purpose of their contracts.
- Ensuring Contractors productivity and compliance.
Talent Acquisition / Talent Management / Learning & Development:
- To identify, attract, assess and to hire the top talent to efficiently and effectively meet the dynamic business needs.
