- Should have experince in HR & IR
- Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and practices for the Future Factory that align with the company's business objectives and values
- Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements related to HR, including labor laws, employment standards, and health and safety regulations
- Develop and implement employee retention programs, including performance management, career development, and employee recognition initiatives
- Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on all HR-related matters, including employee relations, discipline, and conflict resolution
- Manage the administration of compensation and benefits programs, including salary and bonus structures, health and wellness programs, and retirement plans
- Develop and deliver training programs for employees and managers on a variety of HR-related topics, including diversity and inclusion, performance management, and workplace culture
- Stay up-to-date on emerging HR trends and best practices, and make recommendations for continuous improvement
- Lead discussions and influence stakeholders to drive productivity actions and ensure people count and cost are competitive and within budgets.
