Plant Head HR - Mfg

Experience 18 + years (as Head HR of large labor intensive plant with multiple unions and good amount of contract labor handling)

Qualification: MBA/PGDM HR from reputed A grade management institute

- From South India.

- Ideal working experience in AP, knowledge of Telugu preferred

- Has hands on experience in handling labor unrest, leading experience in handling multiple Wage settlement

- Has sound knowledge in experience in Modern HR practices. Ideally a combination of 70% IR and 30% HR.

- Good track record of stability in a job.

- Pleasant and bold personality.

- Candidate should have experience in Cement Manufacturing Industry
