KRAs:
- Manpower Planning, Recruitment & Selection, Induction, Performance Management, Compensation, Reward & Recognition.
- Undertake / sustain initiatives to improve employee engagement.
- Grievance handling, maintaining amicable IR environment, negotiate and implement productivity & wage settlement.
- Statutory Compliance- Ensure compliance to labour statutes. Ensure compliance through contractors. Maintain good relations with statutory authorities. Scan modification in legislation periodically.
- Represent the Company in all legal matters. Ensure proper study and follow-up.
- Ensure smooth functioning of administrative processes such as welfare, time-office, payroll, employee services etc.
Job Responsibilities:
- Good conceptual clarity of HR concepts and its implementation.
- Hands-on knowledge of statutory compliance.
Requirement
- Strong inter-personal skills – since role involves extensive liasioning and external interfaces.
- Good Academic Background with proven track record of high performance.
Education Qualification
MBA in HR from Premier Institutes (XLRI/ TISS/ SIBM/ MDI/ IIM)- Batches of 2004-2007
