Job Description :

- Lead end to end operations of an automotive supplier plant

- Leadership opportunity with global automotive MNC

Client Details :

- One of the leading manufacturers for automotive components in India with a global footprint

Description :

- Handling all plant related operations to ensure all production plans are met at highest quality levels

- Ensuring cost control and meeting all budgetary requirements

- Responsible for all the administrative activities for the plant

- Ensuring smooth integration of new products / manufacturing setups onto the existing lines

- Ensuring process excellence for all the manufacturing processes

- Ensuring plant productivity at highest efficiency levels

Profile :

- Preferably a Mechanical / Electrical Engineer with 15+ years of experience

- Prior experience of heading a plant with 10+ years of people leadership experience

- Prior experience of setting up a plant and technology transfer for manufacturing

- Excellent communicator who has worked in cross functional teams
