Qualification BE (Mechanical) + MBA

- Develop a strategic plan to advance the company's mission and objectives and to promote revenue, profitability, and growth as an organization.

- Oversee company operations to insure production efficiency, quality, service, and cost-effective management of resources.

- Responsible for overall responsibility of Production with Quality product

- Responsible for overall set production Targets as per market standards

- Introducing cost Management Initiatives

- Approve company operational procedures, purchase orders, policies, and standards.

- Review activity reports and financial statements to determine progress and status in attaining objectives and revise objectives and plans in accordance with current conditions.

- Evaluate performance of executives for compliance with established policies and objectives of the company and contributions in attaining objectives.

- Responsible in context of product innovations and automation in the factory.

- Responsible for discipline, housekeeping & Safety inside factory premises

- Develops strategy plan in context of product innovations in the factory

- Develops strategical plan in alignment with Organizational vison to set up production norms in a way to achieve optimum efficiency.

- Responsible for managing unions

- Responsible for negotiating and signing wage settlements

- Guide analyses on cash flow, cost controls, and expenses for Business Units, to pinpoint potential financial opportunities and weakness and recommend corrective actions

- Communicate financial targets for business plan/ rolling estimates to key stakeholders in the organisation

- Responsible for managing overall maintenance of the plant

- Approve procurement and logistics efficiently and effectively.
