- To be responsible for the coordination, direction & management of a group of teams to ensure that production targets & objectives are met.

- Develop operating systems for the improvement of sample production,production information, customer communication & feed back, interactions & communications with other functions & groups,internal communication between groups & teams

- Drive continuous improvement in all functions via, lean manufacturing, product innovation, quality systems, operating costs, costing, minimizing waste, reduction efforts.

- Minimising inventory of FG/WIP, RM & components and monitoring order processing plan in line with requirements.
