General Manager/Plant Head/factoryManager - Operations (production, planning, purchase)

We are hiring for a hologram manufacturing company in Greater Noida. The role description is given below:

- Direct and coordinate activities of departments concerned with the production, purchase, inventory, maintenance, PPC (production planning & control), HR and Admin

- Review and plan performance & productivity of the assigned business to determine areas needing cost reduction and program improvement.

- Establish and implement departmental policies, goals, objectives, and procedures

- Monitor businesses to ensure efficient and effective coordination to optimize production within budgetary limits.

- Oversee activities directly related to making products or providing services.

- Manage the movement of goods into and out of production facilities.

- Locate, select vendors and support purchase negotiations.

- Proactively ensure the highest standards of maintenance by ensuring regular reviews, checks, and upgrades

Support HR and Admin to implement requisite governance standards, adherence to laws, strong employee engagement and attracting the best talent

Candidate Profile Desired:

- 10-15 years of experience

- Exposure to Hologram, labeling or packaging industry would be preferable

- Strong experience in operations management
