Job Description / Responsibilities :

Job Description:

- The Plant Head role is a key member of the senior management team, reporting to the Management.

- Youll have to maintain control of diverse business operations, so we expect you to be an experienced and efficient leader having excellent people skills, business acumen and exemplary work ethics.

- Responsibility for managing supply chain operations, quality processes and vehicle development process for electric two wheelers and electric cycles.

Responsibilities:

- Lead key functions such as sourcing, SCM, design, development and production.

- Design and implement business strategies, plans and procedures

- Set comprehensive goals for performance and growth

- Establish policies that promote company culture and vision

- Write and submit reports to the management in all matters of importance

- Participate in strategic expansion activities

- Manage relationships with vendors / dealers / customers

- Setting measurable strategic goals aligning with organization vision and mission and for growth, performance and profitability.

- Understand customer expectations and develop concepts, products and solutions

- Establish project goals and priorities by collaborating with marketing and operations team.

- Work with finance to achieve favorable financial results with respect to sales, profitability, cash flow, mergers and acquisitions, systems, reporting and controls.

- Create effective measurement tools to gauge the efficiency and effectiveness of internal and external processes.

- Foster a growth oriented, positive and encouraging environment while keeping employees and management accountable to company policies, procedures and guidelines.

Work experience (Min. & Max.) : Minimum of 10 years experience in automotive developing projects, experiences in different automotive companies will be highly valued.

Functional Area : Operations Management, Supply Chain Management, Quality Control, Safety and Environmental Compliances, Finance and Budgeting, Customer Relations, Continuous Improvement and Lean Manufacturing.

Basic / UG Qualification : Bachelor or masters in engineering with MBA / Project Management degree
