Plant Head - e-Waste

OBJECTIVE:-

- Impart quality education and practical Skills in Industrial Safety, Utility Operations,

- Production Operation management, e-waste & Waste Process Safety Management, Safety compliances, Labour Handling, Plant management, Planning and scheduling, administration, Health & Environment Management.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Operation & maintenance of the Project by upkeeping 100% equipment availability at site.

- Monitoring day to day activities of the Project related to execution and O&M.

- Monitoring & coordinating overall administration of the Project.

- Ensuring Customer engagement initiatives (Client Management. Customer visits, etc.).

- Leading a team of overall employees including Plant Managers, Plant In charges, Engineers Operators, Technicians, etc.

- Planning and maintaining the activities under budget with effective cost control.

- Augmentation of the Project, planning and executing various erection and commissioning activities related to STPs and Pumping station.

- Plans, organizes, assigns, directs, and reviews the work of employees engaged in the operation and maintenance of various facilities related to municipal e-waste supply including treatment system and e-waste collection, transfer, treatment, and recycling.

- Oversees operation of facilities to meet all applicable regulatory and safety requirements and in accordance with design criteria.

- Oversees preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual reports

- Responsible to coordinate with both internal & external customers and to meet the demand time to time.
