Looking for a guy having expertise in Ply / Laminates / Veeneer / Door / Wood manufacturing industry The job description is given below for your reference : Key Responsibility Areas : - Lead and drive Plant operations and administration strategy for plant - Support in delivery effective production operations and Improvements/innovation to Product portfolio initiatives - Deliver and drive Quality and Cost targets and focus on continual improvement - Ensure effective service delivery and fulfilment to beat competition for products to customers - Support in New Production capacity expansion projects - Lead and manage effective people practice and operations for incident free Plant operations - Ensure Safe, sustainable, compliant and risk managed operations ACCOUNTABILITIES: - Develop and deploy common vision and engagement for plant management Team - Responsible for defining and executing Plant operations strategy related to Maintenance, Procurement, Inventory management, Commercials and IT/ EDP in line with AOP - Responsible for preparing Roll on plan for maintaining existing plant facilities and timely replacements - Responsible to administer all financial functions and prepare required budgets and forecast. - Responsible to prepare Profit plans for the plant - Responsible to actively promote Company's vision, mission and values with Employees, Vendors and Customers - Support in new product innovation/ upgradation and developments in partnership with LOBH and Plant production head Nature of Experience: - Experience in Plant administration and Operations support of Large Size Manufacturing facilities in Tier 2/ 3/ Rural area - Minimum 5 +years of experience in Plant operations with oversight of Biological and/ or Chemicals processing and management of manufacturing plant with technical know how - Exposure to managing and coordinating with multiple government agencies and good understanding of required industry/ Government standards and regulations related to Manufacturing operations - Experience in Leading strategic planning, Budgeting, resource management and HR / Administration in Plant environment. - Ability to manage communications in local / regional language in Area of Operating responsibility both print/ media and virtual channels - Exposure to manage continuous process plant and supporting functions of maintenance, quality, administration, commercials in SAP/ERP driven environment
