Plant Head - Bio Fuel Production/GreenTech

The company uses automated machines that are able to produce bio-oil, hydrogen, and electricity from agricultural waste, with the main byproduct of this process being biochar a soil amendment that actively absorbs CO2 from the atmosphere. Biochar can then be used to enrich the soil and support the growth of plants.

Key Responsibilities:

- Leading a plant for processing Biomass of Cashew Nut Shell Waste for producing Bio char, Bio oil, and Electricity.

- Ensuring uninterrupted production with an efficient operations strategy.

- Running the factory with legal, ethical and socially responsibility.

- To achieve the targeted Production with desired quality in defined delivery timelines of the company

- Measure production performance and implement suitable changes for optimization

- To ensure maximum utilization of manpower, materials, machinery

- To suggest manufacturing process improvements to obtain operational efficiency

- To control Production & planning activities with the support of all departments

- Collect and review data to reduce inefficiencies and waste

- Analyze data and create reports to present to executives regarding processes

- Evaluate and give suggestions for improvement

- Compliance Management - Ensuring no non-conformity.

- Maintaining Customer, Supplier and social relations for company standards.

- Close working with R&D centers and improve product and process in the plant.

- Ensuring that the plant is the best work place for safety and bring sense of pride.
