Plant Head - Auto Plastic Components

Job Level: DGM/GM/AVP

Job Location: Gujarat (Becharaji)

Responsibilities:

- Responsible for overall plant operations

- Plant level P&L

- Responsibility includes Manufacturing Plan development & execution, PPC, on time customer delivery, Zero defect,etc.

- Facility & equipment planning

- Plant Engineering

- Stores management & inventory control

- Improve employee engagement & motivation by implementing H&P activities

- Managing employee & Industrial Relations

- New Product development

Candidate Profile:

- BE/ B.Tech / CIPET

- 20-25 years of relevant experience

- Working as Plant Head with a business size of 300 Crore

- Working as Plant Head for a minimum 750 headcounts

- Should have exposure of Interior Plastics Components with exposure of injection moulding machines of 1000-2500 ton

- Should know World Class manufacturing practices

- Understanding of Financial numbers

- Knowledge of Factory & Labour laws

- Excellent people management skills
