Plant Head - API Manufacturing

- The candidate will be heading an API plant of 350+ people and will be responsible for successful execution of goals and drive growth and profit for development of business

- The candidate will be a part of the leadership team directly reporting into the CEO and managing a team of 7-8 department heads

Job Description:

- Set goals for the plant and drive profit by managing P&L

- Manage a team of 7-8 department heads and 350+ workers

- Ensure adherence to regulatory compliance

- Improve plant operations w.r.t initiatives for process improvement, unit operations, maintenance and safety

- Ensure GMP compliance of the plant

- Work on increasing efficiency and reducing costs

Profile :

- Candidate must have 15-20 years of experience in API manufacturing/plant operations

- Well versed with EU regulatory requirements

- Strong knowledge of EUGMP

- Team management experience

- Location: Roha, Maharashtra

- Educational background: B.E. Chemical/PHD/MSc. in Chemistry

- Candidates who can speak Marathi will be preferred
