Plant Head

- Overall in charge of Ensuring smooth operation to maximize production and to meet pre-set production target.

- Proactively identifying and rectifying problem areas to ensure uninterrupted operations.

- Administering & planning annual material requirements in coordination with production, procurement and stores and finance departments within allocated Budget and Capex

- Coordinating input and output material as per planning related activities encompassing identification of the internal customer.

- Responsible to build capabilities in divisional staff functions through internal and external training

- Responsible for cost of manufacturing i.e Fuel, Power, Maintenance and Manpower cost

- Identifying areas of quality failures and taking steps to rectify the system-wide preventive and corrective actions to avoid the reoccurrences.

- Ensuring adherence to quality standards & quality system management and maintaining all related documents.

- Will Manage Industrial Relations as well.
