About Our Client

Our client is a leading multinational pharmaceutical retail business with operations across the world. With the company growing at a rapid pace in India (60% YOY growth) and are looking to expand the manufacturing capacity. The have 2 contract manufacturing plants in Himachal Pradesh (Baddi) which produce 95% of their total products sold in India.

Job Description

Reporting into the Financial Controller in India (Bangalore corporate office) and Global manufacturing controller in US (Global HQ), you will be heading the manufacturing plants ( 2 Plants) of the company in India.Your main responsibilities will be

- End to end Finance and accounting for the manufacturing units

- Raw material purchase, costing, MIS reporting, international reporting

- Setting up SOP's, SOX controls, internal audit

- Assisting the company to build an in-house manufacturing unit

The Successful Applicant

- You must be a CA/ICWA or MBA finance with 7+ years of experience in manufacturing accounting. You must only come from the factory accounting team of a well renowned MNC. You should be hands on with Oracle financials and USGAAP reporting.
