Due to this growth, their is a requirement for a Plant Finance Manager to be based in Chennai.

Job Description - The role of Plant Finance Manager is involved in driving fiscal discipline, management reporting, financial planning and control. The role also includes:

- overseeing the financial reporting and monthly closure for all plants to ensure integrity

- involved in internal and statutory audit closure

- monitoring capital spends, monitoring key projects and driving capital controls

- improving controlling process

- working capital optimization

The Successful Candidate - The successful applicant will be a Chartered Accountant with ten years of post qualification in the FMCG Manufacturing (plant) sector. Prior experience in Plant Accounting is critical for this position. The successful candidates will also have strong communication and presentation skills and an ability to manage and engage with internal stakeholders across various division.
