Plant Finance manager -Gandhidham-FMCG-CA/ICWA

Role:

1.Ensuring Commercial Control at all factory locations - Ensuring high standards of commercial controls through systemic reviews - Upgrade control mechanisms / review systems to eliminate / reduce deviations , Standardisation of controls through best practice sharing and cross learnings, Improve Commercial effectiveness across plants , Ensuring timely closures month on month for plant locations as well as 3P/2P - Ensuring smooth closings Qtr on Qtr for plant locations as well as 3P , Implementations of various recommendations in audits / findings, Implementation of COSO 2013 framework - Improve Governance, Risk Management & Controls and compliance across all plant locations - Ensuring action on Monthly Reporting of exceptions in terms of open items, Master updating, Debtors/ Creditors, Idle assets etc

2. Strengthening Compliances for the locations - Ensuring commercial compliance wrt statutory & legal requirement across locations


- Proactive and reactive support on likely risk areas wrt statutory issues, Co-ordination of commercial compliance across plants


- Co-ordination of Statutory & legal compliance across plants , Ensuring statutory, legal and commercial compliances at various 3P locations, Facilitating of Legal audits, statutory audits, insurance audits , internal audits, Ensuring implementation and closure of the audit findings, Conducting and closure of points in the Internal Quality Index audit across plants


3. Budgeting and Budgetary Controls


- Ensuring comprehensive budgeting for the factory cost - Expense monitoring and control through effective controls against budgets - Total Cost Management - Identify and Drive (Total Cost Management) TCM initiatives across plants - Undertaking process costing and instituting cost control measures entailing study of every element that contributes to the cost of Refined Oil, Vanaspati & Bakery products - Handling preparation of MIS reports and reconciliation statements as well as undertaking analysis of key indicators to assist top management in decision making - Cost Benchmarking across plants and Driving ,Reporting and tracking TCM initiatives across plants

4. Accounting and Auditing - Manage monthly preparation and submission of Hyperion (Financial Statements) of the Plant - Perform monthly variance analysis of the expenditure and budget - Manage preparations of Balance Sheet schedules with aging of assets and liabilities - CWIP accounting and tracking of project costs & commitments against Budget and highlight deviations - Ensuring completion of Global internal, SOX, statutory, cost and tax audits

5. Projects/Initiatives - Financial analysis and support for new projects/ investments , Assisting in commercial decision making for any new project / addition / deletion for any existing project , Ensuring buy in, implementation and execution of organisation initiatives , Execution / Deliverables of various projects from time to time - Overall, this role would require liasioning with various corporate finance functions and business functions for routine as well as initiative led decision making , Support global industrial PQSE reporting for all plants, Managing Capital budgets, Automation in Plant performance management reports - Developing Analytics for Plant's performance reporting system
