Role Summary:

- As the Plant Finance Head, you will be responsible for overseeing all financial and accounting functions at the manufacturing plant, ensuring compliance, financial efficiency, and cost optimization.

- You will work closely with the plant leadership team to drive profitability and support strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting for the manufacturing plant.

- Oversee cost control, cost accounting, and financial reporting processes.

- Ensure compliance with statutory regulations, tax laws, and internal policies.

- Analyze financial performance, identify cost-saving opportunities, and drive operational efficiencies.

- Monitor working capital, inventory management, and cash flow optimization.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align financial strategies with business goals.

- Manage audits, internal controls, and risk management processes.

- Implement financial systems and process improvements for better accuracy and efficiency.

Qualifications & Experience:

- CA/CMA/MBA (Finance) with 10+ years of experience in plant finance within the manufacturing sector.

- Strong knowledge of financial planning, cost accounting, and taxation.

- Experience in ERP systems and financial reporting tools.

- Excellent leadership, analytical, and communication skills.

- Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and drive financial performance.
