Plant Finance Head - Manufacturing Firm

Qualification : CMA

Experience : In manufacturing plants.

Key responsibilities:

Business Partnering:

- Partnering with site teams in achieving the business goals by providing timely information and supporting the decision making process and reviews with concerned teams.

- Play partnering role with front end business teams & Plant CFTs to achieve the targeted revenues and T-OE.

- Providing early alerts for a. Gaining revenue b. Controlling expenses

- Sending early alerts on the expected Slow moving COPE to Plant Teams

OPEX Management:

- Play a key role in preparation annul budget , latest estimates.

- Co- ordinate with plant CFT, identify cost management opportunities and built cost saving ideas in budget preparation.

- Closely monitor the expenses and ensure actuals are within plan

Inventory management:

- Preparing Inventory aging and highlight the key issues in plant MRM.

- Ensure the stock levels are well within benchmark

- Preparing RMC spreads and identifying favourable/Unfavourable compare with Plan

- Drive the yield savings targets along with plan OE team

Operational Excellency projects:

- Drive the OE projects at plant along with plant CFTs. Act as a Finance SPOC and providing insightful information to the plant team for achieving the project goals

- Ensure timely book closure of month end/quarter end

- Oversight on service bills verification

- Handle various audits like stock audit, internal & external audits, SOX audit and special audits
