Plant Finance Head - Leading FMCG

In this role, you will oversee the financial and controlling management of the factory and supervise accounting and the information systems. You will be responsible for the end to end management of P&L (Profit and Loss) of the Plant as a business unit.

Responsibilities:

- Manage the controlling processes associated with the plan, budget and trends: assessing the major objectives, analyzing the results of activity, anticipating risks, and carrying out the necessary arbitration with members of the management committee with regard to the allocation of resources

- Implement and maintain permanent procedures to guarantee the coherence, relevance and reliability of management information flows and financial flows in line with the standards.

- Implement all necessary initiatives required to manage and apply procedures and good practices pertaining to Internal Control.

- Optimize savings and productivity opportunities and to propose them to his/her Management Committee in order to optimize costs

- Supervise the drafting of monthly reports.

- Ensure the reliability of taxation and legal operations (company accounts, contracts, etc.)

- Participate in developing teams and to provide them with all necessary support in carrying out their mission.
