About our Client - Our client is a JV between a leading MNC and a Chinese business and is now growing exponentially in India. They are one of the market leaders in the pharmaceutical space.

Job Description -

- Key areas of responsibility include supervision of the Plant (Site) Finance team and thus accountable for ensuring statutory compliances, Reporting, Accounts Payable and Cash Management.

- Responsible for ensuring compliances to laid down internal controls and other policies.

- Lead controlling activities at site and implementing necessary controls and built processes to achieve the objectives of timely and high quality reporting and budgetary controls.

- As a member of Site Management Team participate in decision making process for various improvement projects, capital projects and support SMT on various initiatives at Site.

- Lead the Site Finance team in order to achieve a highly motivated , trained, empowered, competent and committed team

- Responsible for implementation of standard Apollo accounting and reporting process in compliance with accounting and reporting requirements.

- Responsible for the implementation of reliable systems and procedures accounting , capital expenditures · Accountable for compliance to Accounting Rules and Statutory requirements

- Accountable for ensuring optimal use of SAP System to ensure automatic reporting and higher productivity.

- Supervise and monitor monthly/quarterly and yearly statutory and company reporting. Meeting deadlines and highly qualitative reports is the essence.

- Responsible for ensuring compliance to Direct Tax and Indirect Tax and ensure proper procedures in place.

- Overall Site finance control with operational effectiveness, Site Management reporting and CAPEX management.

- Accounting for the Business Unit (Site, Offices, Partnerships), STATUTORY COMPLIANCES

The Successful Candidate - You are a CA (COMPULSORY) with minimum 8 years of post qualification experience (majority in a manufacturing plant). You should necessarily have MNC experience with hands on knowledge and experience in plant controllership. Interpersonally you should be extremely dynamic and be able to manage a team of minimum 8 people. You should be willing to relocate to Chandigarh
