Plant Finance Controller

Position based with a large Auto Ancillary Manufacturing company based in Gurgaon.

Position Summary: This Position is responsible for overall Financial Management of the Company.

Job Description :

- MIS Reporting at Group level

- Responsible for MIS reporting of the company and the budget preparation

- Budget Vs Actual Overheads variance, Profitability Variance

- Overheads and Cost Saving Initiatives

- Working capital

- Capex

- Revenue Growth Vs Market Growth

- Preparation of Financial Reporting at Group level with Insights for critical issues

- Payback and TDR analysis of the new investment proposal

- Forex planning

- Balance Sheet preparation and incentives as per the government policy.

- Cash Flow management

- Tax Compliance (Direct & Indirect Tax Compliance

- GST Returns, Income Tax, TDS returns

Reporting To: Business Head

Qualification : Chartered Accountant with an experience of 8-15 years.

Skills required :

- A candidate for this position must demonstrate a capability to review & analyse financials with a keen eye for detail.

- He will also have substantial knowledge and understanding of financial Statements.

- Possess excellent communication skills with an ability to interact with all levels across the organization

- Knowledge of Excel & SAP is must.
