About our Client - Our client is one of the biggest conglomerates in the world with an annual turnover of more than $15 billion and has a long standing presence across the globe . Their operations in India are across all dimensions specializing in OEM. They are now looking for a Plant controller to join their team in Gurgaon as their expansion spree continues in India.

Job Description - Reporting to the CFO of the organization and perform the following duties:

- Support all Plant Finance, controllership and commercial activities including set up and design processes around compliance and control

- Defines and executes on process improvement projects related to financial controllership

- Ensure 100% compliance to laws, taxes, policy requirements and maintenance of high quality accounting records

- Balance sheet MIS and analysis, Balance sheet reviews/audit and ownership of fixing the issues along with business team

- Ensure that the business is in compliance with Generally Accepted Accounting Principals (GAAP), applicable laws and regulations

The Successful Candidate - You must be a CA/ICWA having prior experiences with a MNC in the similar space. You have prior exposure in reviewing and analyzing operating results and developing short & long term plans.You must have excellent interpersonal skills as you are required to liaise with internal and external stakeholders in India.
