He/she methodically and operationally directs the personal employee development to reach the company goals. He/she ensures, coordinates and is responsible for making the annual company plan, monthly settlements, reporting, product calculation, investment decision or creating economic reports and analysis. He/she ensures function of finance planning and controlling. He/she participates on identification of risk processes and introduces improvement suggestions and solutions.
