Plant Controller - FMCG/Manufacturing

Our Client, a Leading MNC FMCG is looking out for a Plant Controller to be based near Pune.

Position Purpose:

- To assist in the development and maintenance of integrated financial systems in order to provide accurate information to company leaders and appropriate regulatory agencies in a timely manner.

- To insure the integrity of reporting by developing and maintaining a system of strong internal controls and through the development of appropriate measurements.

- To actively participate in the Company's process excellence process through continuous improvement of all financial work process.

Education & Experience :

- Chartered Accountant (CA) with experience of 15+ Years in costing, Account Receivable, Variance Analysis, Audits, Direct Taxation

Responsibilities :

- Finalization of Accounts.

- Preparation & Analyzing Monthly Financial Statements,

- Variance Reporting & Analysis.

- Proving influential information to Sr. Management for Decision making.

- Responsible of all Audits, Statutory, Group Audit etc.

- Preparation of Business Plan for all Plants and monitoring the same throughout the year.

- General Financial Reporting.

- Managed Daily Financial Accounting.

- Working with Plant team on variances & Cost saving Projects.

- Driving Cost reduction & savings initiatives at plant level.

- Lead Projects and analyzed data to identify opportunities for Improvements.

- Responsible for efficient and compliant completion of monthly reporting

- Quarterly and Annual Tax estimation
